Contact-form messages are delivered using Twilio SendGrid, which processes the contact details and message needed to provide email delivery. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process limited information to operate and secure the site.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer where appropriate safeguards apply.
Storage, security, and retention
The server stores a recoverable copy of each valid contact-form submission using authenticated encryption. Access is limited to authorized administration, and website traffic is protected with HTTPS.
The encrypted server-side copy is scheduled for automatic removal after approximately 90 days. Because cleanup runs on a schedule, removal may occur shortly after that point. Email correspondence received from a submission may be retained longer when reasonably needed for the inquiry, ordinary business records, or legal obligations.
No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, but we use practical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential infrastructure may still use standard technical logs as described above.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing info@agatarealestate.com. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, or legitimate business record purposes.
Children
